Homeowner still in wrongful foreclosure

Jason Grodensky was the notable homebuyer who paid cash for his house
with his father, without using a mortgage, and was nonetheless
foreclosed upon by Bank of America. His house was then sold at auction
in July. After his situation was resolved in September when Bank of
America sent its attorneys back to court and the sale
of the home was vacated
, more trouble remains for Grodensky. Now,
the Broward County Property Appraiser has named someone else as the
owner of his home. [Sun
