Jade Ocean sells 30 condos in 3Q

Jade Ocean in Sunny Isles Beach sold 30 units at its all-glass condo tower in the third quarter, according to a report from Condo Vultures. The price for new construction units was around $687 per square foot, about $168 more than the amount reached at any other tower in the area between July and September of 2010. “To the surprise of many, the Jade Ocean is commanding prices in the range of an acceptable condo in South Beach, which is South Florida’s highest priced condominium market,” said Peter Zalewski, founder of Condo Vultures.
