Western Union looking to sublet HQ

Western Union Co. is looking to sublet part or all of its 30,000-square-foot Latin American and Caribbean headquarters in Sunrise. The firm has hired CB Richard Ellis to find a rent-paying tenant for the space, which is located at 1301 International Parkway in Lake Shore Plaza. The firm, which is based in Denver, has around five years left on its lease. Western Union needs around 12,000 square feet to house its remaining employees, but is willing to relocate to another office in Broward County if a large enough subtenant comes along, CB Richard Ellis said. [SFBJ]
