The South Florida home to see the biggest price cut today is a four-bedroom, four-bathroom house at 756 Alhambra Circle in Coral Gables, according to data from Condo Vultures Realty. The $1.499 million Miami-Dade County home saw a $700,000, or 19 percent, price cut off its last asking price of $1.799 million. It was originally listed for $1.949 million when it hit the market in January, before the last price cut in June. The 4,960-square-foot, Lawrence Dixon-designed home has a guest house, maid’s quarters, an exercise room and Jacuzzi, and sits on a 15,000-square-foot lot.
