Developers Diversified has scored another major tenant at its Shops at Midtown Miami, bringing the 645,000-square-foot center to more than 90 percent leased. The developer said today that Sports Authority has signed on for a 34,544-square-foot store, which will open next year. That deal comes on the heels of HomeGoods, which opens this fall in a 25,182-square-foot space, and another 20,000 square feet worth of boutique retailers and restaurants. Neighbors include discount retailers like Target, Burlington Coat Factory and Ross Dress For Less. [SFBJ]
