Underwater homeowners living rent free as foreclosures are frozen

Among the underwater homeowners to benefit — at least temporarily — from the lenders’ foreclosure freezes are comedian Lynn Moore (stage name: Jackie Knight) and her husband, retired pro wrestler “Cougar Jay,” also known as Dion. They’ve been living rent-free in their St. Augustine home after PNC Financial Services Group canceled its foreclosure hearing on the property last month, and are planning to wait out the saga until January, when Dion hopes to land a federal education grant that will allow them to rent a new place.
