Luxe homes hot in Palm Beach County

Palm Beach County’s luxury home market is selling well, thanks to the
stock market and a notion that the economy has stabilized. The county
saw 517 sales of houses and condos for $1 million or more in the first
nine months of 2010, up 13 percent from the 457 transactions during the
same period in 2009, according to the Palm Beach County Property
Appraiser. “We’re definitely seeing movement,” said Kevin Leonard of
