Fresh Market leases in Boca Raton

Fresh Market, which also has two stores in Wellington and eastern Boca
Raton, along with a site in Coconut Grove, has leased half of a former
Albertson’s store at the Mission Bay shopping center at Glades Road and
State Road 441 west of Boca. The upmarket grocery chain took 19,000
square feet and plans to open a store next year, according to Monette
Klein O’Grady, a partner at Prime Sites, which handles the company’s
