It was originally listed for $22.5 million when it hit the market in September 2009 before the last price cut in May. The new construction, waterfront home sits on a 41,382-square-foot lot and has direct ocean access, antique French paneling, a pool, spa, wine cellar, library, garden room, gym, and staff quarters.
