Boynton Beach office in foreclosure

The 51,037-square-foot office building at 12807 Lake Drive in Boynton
Beach is in foreclosure, after Eden Lake filed a foreclosure against
Lake Worth-based National Land Company and managing member David
Paladino. The site is on 22.9 acres between I-95 and a lake. The seller
had purchased the property eight years ago for $3.2 million from BE
Aerospace, and its loan was recently modified at $5.2 million, until it
was sold to Eden Lake in August. [SFBJ]
