South Florida college homes not cheap

According to a survey by Coldwell Banker, 64 percent of real estate
professionals say they are seeing a significant number of parents buying
homes for their kids to live in while they attend college. In Florida,
Boca Raton (which houses Florida Atlantic University) is the most expensive college real estate
market, with an average four-bedroom, two-bathroom home going for around
$378,692. The average price of a home near the University of Miami is
$281,449. FAU and UM were each on the list of 120 schools, which examined
