The South Florida home to see the biggest price cut today is a six-bedroom, five-bathroom house at 229 Nurmi Drive in Fort Lauderdale, according to data from Condo Vultures Realty. The $7.695 million Broward County home saw a $555,000, or 7 percent, price cut off its last asking price of $8.25 million. It was originally listed for $10.6 million when it hit the market in June 2009, before the last price cut in January. The 7,502-square-foot waterfront home sits on an 36,090-square-foot lot and has a gym, home theater and library. Kelly Drum of Drum Realty has the listing.
