Newest WPB condos still unsold

There are more than 750 unsold units of those created in downtown West
Palm Beach in the last seven years, according to a report from Condo
Vultures. The units are in seven of the 16 projects, either new
construction or condo conversion, that went up in downtown West Palm
Beach and the town of Palm Beach. The remaining units do not include
those recently purchased in CityPlace South Tower in November. “The
developers in Downtown West Palm Beach just like in Greater Downtown
Miami must be patient as the unsold units are unlikely to sell quickly
unless dramatic price discounts are introduced,” said Peter Zalewski,
founder of Condo Vultures. TRD
