The South Florida home to see the biggest price cut today is a three-bedroom, three-bathroom condo, #7761, in the Oceanside @ Fisher Island on Fisher Island, according to data from Condo Vultures Realty. The $1.95 million Miami-Dade County apartment saw a $1.15 million, or 37 percent, price cut. It was originally listed for $3.1 million when it hit the market in January. The 3,140-square-foot corner unit has been fully renovated and has a private balcony. Dolores James of her eponymous brokerage has the listing.
