Stiles moving out of Las Olas

Stiles Corp. will move out of its headquarters at 300 Las Olas Place in
Fort Lauderdale next month and into a 45,000-square-foot location at 301 Las
Olas Boulevard. The 88,000-square-foot building is owned by a
partnership that is controlled by the company’s CEO, Terry Stiles. The
move will allow Franklin Templeton Investments to take 87,000 square
feet. Stiles has retained Holliday Fenoglio & Fowler to sell what
will soon be its former headquarters. [SFBJ]
