W South Beach to launch smartphone app

The W South Beach will become the first W hotel to have a smartphone app
on Dec. 6, when it releases its free application online and in the
iTunes store. It will let users access the hotel’s Whatever/Whenever
service, book rooms and make reservations at restaurants like Mr. Chow
and spa appointments at Bliss. One can even book a ride in the hotel’s
