The South Florida home to see the biggest price cut today is a six-bedroom, six-bathroom house at 160 S. Island Drive in Golden Beach, according to data from Condo Vultures Realty. The $3.4 million Miami-Dade County apartment saw a $600,000, or 15 percent, price cut off its last asking price of $4 million. It was originally listed for $4.25 million when it hit the market in August, before the last price cut in September. The 5,431-square-foot home sits on a 10,435-square-foot lot with a pool, dock and gazebo. Angela Gall of Sweet Life Realty has the listing.
