Pompano Beach’s Premier Commercial Realty, which owns about 4.5 million square feet of property in South Florida, may sell off its portfolio of office and industrial real estate assets to Duke Realty in an off-market transaction. Sources said the sale, currently in the negotiation stage, is likely to eclipse the $500 million-mark and could close by the year’s end. Among the properties in question are the Atlantic Business Center in Pompano Beach, Park Central Business Park, also in Pompano Beach, and the Premier Gateway Center @ Quantum in Boynton Beach. [SFBJ]
