The South Florida home to see the biggest price cut today is a three-bedroom, three-bathroom house at 333 Atlantic Avenue in Sunny Isles, according to data from Condo Vultures Realty. The $2.575 million Miami-Dade County home saw a $215,000, or 8 percent, price cut. It was originally listed for $2.79 million when it hit the market last month. The 2,594-square-foot home sits on a 20,720-square-foot waterfront lot and has bay views, marble floors, stainless steel appliances and a pool. Eli Nektalov of Big International Realty has the listing.
