Dallas Mavericks player Shawn Marion has put his 7,373-square-foot Coconut Grove villa on the market for $2 million, and to move the property, he’s offering to throw in a coveted incentive for sports fans. According to Zillow, if a buyer closes on the place at its $2 million asking price by the end of the year, he’ll also get a trip on a private jet of his choice to the 2011 Super Bowl in Texas. The deal comes with four Club Level tickets to the game. Marion paid $2.48 million for the six-bedroom home in 2008, while playing for the Miami Heat. The home is in the Cloisters on the Bay gated waterfront community, and has a rooftop terrace, hot tub, pool and spa. TRD
