The South Florida home to see the biggest price cut today is a six-bedroom, six-bathroom house at 277 Ocean Boulevard in Golden Beach, according to data from Condo Vultures Realty. The $8.85 million Miami-Dade County home saw a $100,000, or 10 percent, price cut. It was originally listed for $9.85 million when it hit the market in April. The 6,495-square-foot home sits on a 20,700-square-foot waterfront lot. It features a gym, a pool, a spa and a cabana house. Nelson Gonzalez of Esslinger-Wooten-Maxwell has the listing.
