The $4 million Broward County home saw a $780,000, or 16 percent, price cut. It was originally listed for $4.78 million when it hit the market in September. The 6,300-square-foot home sits on a 12,350-square-foot waterfront lot and has a theater, elevator, summer kitchen and pool. Timothy Elmes of Coldwell Banker has the listing.
