The South Florida home to see the biggest price cut today is a five-bedroom, six-bathroom home at 7100 Fisher Island Drive, condominium unit #7163, at Palazzo del Mare in Fisher Island, according to data from Condo Vultures Realty. The $9.75 million Miami-Dade County home saw a $1.75 million, or 15 percent, price cut. It was originally listed for $11.5 million when it hit the market in August. The 7,025-square-foot home has recessed lighting, a private cabana and a two-car private garage. Karla Abaunza of Luxury Living Realty has the listing.
