Rony Seikaly sells North Bay Road home

Former Miami Heat center Rony Seikaly has sold his North Bay Road mansion for $11.5 million. The 9,300-square-foot home, built in 2005, sold to Brightstar CEO Marcelo Claure. The asking price was $15 million. The deal also included a condo at Murano Grande in South Beach that Seikaly received. Though Claure had been asking $5 million for it, the condo traded to Seikaly for $2.5 million. The North Bay Road property was not listed with a broker but it was known to be for sale.
