The South Florida home to see the biggest price cut today is a five-bedroom, four-bathroom home at 1370 S. Venetian Way, in Miami Beach, according to data from Condo Vultures Realty. The $2.95 million Miami-Dade County home saw a $500,000, or 14 percent, price cut. It was originally listed for $3.45 million when it hit the market in March. The 4,498-square-foot waterfront home sits on a 10,500-square foot lot and has a fireplace, a pool and multiple terraces. Nelson Gonzalez of Esslinger-Wooten-Maxwell has the listing.
