The South Florida home to see the biggest price cut today is a nine-bedroom, eight-bathroom singe-family house at 4975 SW 78th Street in Miami, according to data from Condo Vultures Realty. The $5.5 million Miami-Dade County home saw a $750,000, or 12 percent, price cut. It was last listed for $6.25 million after hitting the market in May. The 8,450-square-foot home sits on a 43,560-square-foot lot and has an elevator, a wine room and a billiard room. Mercedes Saewitz of Esslinger Wooten Maxwell has the listing.
