Delray condo balconies may be unsafe

Condo owners at Verano at Delray are concerned about balcony issues in their gated community off Linton Boulevard, according to WPTV. This past weekend, at least three condo buildings were given notices to move all furniture and belongings off their balcony “to err on the side of caution,” according to a letter from A and M Management. Possible structural damage was discovered by A and M during what the company called a rehab process. Nobody has been injured as result of the damage.
