The South Florida home to see the biggest price cut today is a five-bedroom, five-bathroom single-family house at 390 Golden Beach Drive in Golden Beach, according to data from Condo Vultures Realty. The $3.25 million Miami-Dade County home saw a $350,000, or 10 percent, price cut. It was originally listed for $5 million when it hit the market in April. The price was last cut to $3.6 million in December. The 4,494-square-foot home sits on a 17,500-square-foot waterfront lot and has limestone floors, a pool, pond and dock. Sue Honowitz of Rusty Stein & Company has the listing.
