Flagler closes 77,500 SF in Doral

Flagler Real Estate Services announced the closing of a
77,500-square-foot lease at the Westside Plaza II office building in
Doral for Oceania Cruises. The building, located at 8300 NW 33rd Street,
is now at full occupancy. Vice president Juan Ruiz and senior vice
president George Pino negotiated with the cruise line for a
23,000-square-foot renewal and a new 54,000-square-foot lease to expand
its corporate headquarters. The company first became a tenant at
Westside in 2005, leasing 5,500 square feet. TRD
