The $2.495 million Miami-Dade County home saw a $255,000, or 9 percent, price cut. It was originally listed for $2.75 million when it hit the market in September. The 3,309-square-foot home sits on a 13,125-square-foot lot and has a 22-foot entry foyer, heated pool and cabana. Nancy Batchelor of Esslinger-Wooten-Maxwell has the listing.
