The former Cordis manufacturing complex in Miami Lakes has been sold to the Easton Group and Marcus Partners for $8 million, with Easton also landing a major tenant for the 394,000-square-foot complex. The deal for the site, which is located at 14560 NW 60th Avenue, closed on Wednesday. Easton said Mass.-based HeartWare, a heart pump manufacturer, will occupy 130,000 square feet at the building for 10 years.
