Palm Beach home goes for $9.64M

A lakefront home at 210 Via Del Mar in Palm Beach has been sold for
approximately $9.64 million, according to a deed filed with the Palm
Beach County Clerk’s office. The sellers were Leo Vecellio Jr. and wife
Kathryn, represented by Paulette and Dana Koch of Corcoran Palm Beach.
Agent K.C. Pickett of Barrett Welles Property Group represented the
buyer, an unnamed couple who also own a home in the Northeast. The
11,094-square-foot home was originally listed for $11.5 million. [Palm
