BlackRock buys $25.7M shopping center in West Palm Beach County

BlackRock has paid $25.7 million for Village Commons, a 169,000-square-foot Publix-anchored shopping center on Village Boulevard in West Palm Beach County, CB Richard Ellis announced. The seller was a venture between Regency Centers, First Washington Realty and the California Public Employees’ Retirement System. The center is only 73 percent leased, according to a press release. The Village Commons sale follows three other year-end sales in Palm Beach County, including $12.8 million for a medical building in Wellington and $11 million for a Palm Beach Gardens office.
