Fashionhaus Hotel open in SoBe

The Fashionhaus hotel is now in business on Washington Avenue in South
Beach after a December opening. The Fashionhaus is the first new hotel 
in Miami Beach in 2011, ahead of the major release of the Hotel
Breakwater, which is slated to open its doors in March. Rooms start at
$169 per night. It is located at 536 Washington Avenue, just north of
Fifth Street. It is one of a number of new
hotels popping up in Miami Beach’s Art Deco District, including the
Prime Hotel and the Sense Hotel. [Hotel
