FAU Research Park closes on 61,000 SF

Florida Atlantic University’s Research Park has closed 61,000 square
feet in leases, Flagler Real Estate Services announced yesterday. The
business and research park is located at the school’s Boca Raton campus.
The largest of the leases, which include new leases and renewals, was
by Sandow Media for 15,661 square feet at 3651 FAU Boulevard. Sandow
later expanded with an additional 6,304 square feet at the complex. The
Florida Atlantic Research and Development Authority renewed for 10,805
square feet at 3701 FAU Boulevard. Flagler vice president Dyanna Kenney
and senior managing director Keith O’Donnell represented the landlord,
HDG Mansur, in negotiations. TRD
