The $2.7 million Miami-Dade County unit, #7935, saw a $700,000, or 21 percent, price cut. It was originally listed for $3.4 million when it hit the market in August. The 3,310-square-foot home has Atlantic Ocean views and is listed with Phyllis Winick of Fisher Island Real Estate.
