NAI/Merin Hunter Codman names COO

Jordan Paul, who joined the Related Group’s $1 billion distressed loan
investment fund in 2008, has been named COO and partner at NAI/Merin
Hunter Codman. Paul was a senior managing director at Related, which he
joined after it formed a partnership with Lubert-Adler, a
Philadelphia-based private equity firm. Paul is the first-ever COO at
NAI/Merin Hunter Codman. Paul has also worked at Ocwen Financial — where
he was the top executive at the company’s commercial real estate and
distressed asset divisions — and at Allied Capital in Washington, D.C. [SFBJ]
