Flagler names Vincent Signorello COO

Commercial real estate company Flagler has promoted Vincent Signorello
to COO of the firm, Flagler president and CEO Jose Hevia announced
yesterday. Signorello joined the company in 2009 as its Chief Investment
Officer, helping to close $460 million in financing securitized by Bank
of America Securities. Signorello will be responsible for managing
operations across the company’s 12 million square feet of Class A office
and industrial space in Florida, in addition to finance and accounting
efforts in capital markets. Signorello had previously been a
member of Fortress’ private equity team and was a director at Barclay’s
in its global commercial real estate group. TRD
