The South Florida home to see the biggest price cut today is a six-bedroom, seven-bathroom condo, PHA, in the Apogee at 800 S. Pointe Drive in South Beach, according to data from Condo Vultures Realty. The $14 million Miami-Dade County home saw a $2 million, or 13 percent, price cut. It was originally listed for $16 million when it hit the market in May. The 6,853-square-foot unit takes up the top two floors of the Apogee and has a private garage, rooftop terrace and pool with a built-in summer kitchen.
