The $3.995 million Broward County home saw a $505,000, or 11 percent, price cut. It was originally listed for $5 million when it hit the market in January 2008. The price was last cut to $4.5 million in April 2009. The 6,500-square-foot, new construction home sits on a 10,905-square-foot waterfront lot and has an elevator, four-car garage, pool and fireplace.
