A team of four top-producing Cushman & Wakefield brokers has defected to CresaPartners and is expected to bring in an additional 50 percent in Florida revenue for the firm within their first two years there, CresaPartners told GlobeSt.com. Brokers Alan Kleber and John Marshall will become equity principals at the firm, while Matthew Cheezem and Alexia Koeppel will be senior advisor and corporate services associate, respectively. Shane Soefker of Cushman & Wakefield sent his well wishes to the departing team, but noted that Cushman “continues to lead the South Florida commercial real estate market,” adding: “We will soon be expanding our local operations with top-notch talent.” [GlobeSt]
