Michael Dezer, the New York and Miami real estate developer, is bringing
the Hot Rod City museum to the Las Vegas Strip. Part of the reason for
the museum is that Dezer’s two Miami storage and display pavilions are
not big enough to hold his automobile collection. The 18,000-square-foot
and 250,000-square-foot facilities he had originally used were
eventually too small. Now, the Hot Rod City museum will house overflow
from his Florida collections, along with new cars the developer is
purchasing from California. [Las
