NAI tapped to lease Delray Marketplace, Carl’s furniture stores

NAI/Merin Hunter Codman has been tapped to lease the 257,000-square-foot Delray Marketplace retail project in Delray Beach, which will be anchored by Publix and Frank Theatres, the brokerage announced today. The assignment is one of several new ones for NAI, including the 266,000-square-foot Carl’s furniture portfolio, which consists of three locations in Stuart, North Palm Beach and West Palm Beach; the Belmart Plaza in West Palm Beach; Stirling Square in Hollywood; and Fort Lauderdale’s Shoppes of Oakland Forest. Retail real estate investment trust Kimco has also hired NAI to lease several of its South Florida properties. In all, the company has racked up more than 1 million square feet of new retail leasing assignments over the past several months. TRD
