The South Florida home to see the biggest price cut today is a five-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bathroom house at 540 Lido Drive in Fort Lauderdale, according to data from Condo Vultures Realty. The $2.495 million Broward County home saw a $500,000, or 17 percent, price cut. It was originally listed for $2.995 million when it hit the market in October. The 6,760-square-foot house sits on a 12,600-square-foot lot and has river views and a private dock. Susan Rindley of One Sotheby’s International Realty has the listing.
