The South Florida home to see the biggest price cut today is a four-bedroom, four–bathroom house at 430 Solano Prado in Coral Gables, according to data from Condo Vultures Realty. The $2.45 million Miami-Dade County home saw a $540,000, or 18 percent, price cut. It was originally listed for $2.99 million when it hit the market in December. The 5,408-square-foot house sits on a 20,300-square-foot lot along a canal with a dock, and also has a billiards room with full access to a pool.
