The South Florida home to see the biggest price cut today is a five-bedroom, three-bathroom house at 428 S. Hibiscus Drive in Miami Beach, according to data from Condo Vultures Realty. The $6 million Miami-Dade County home saw a $900,000, or 13 percent, price cut. It was originally listed for $6.9 million when it hit the market in November. The 4,228-square-foot house sits on an 18,375-square-foot, waterfront lot on Hibiscus Island and has a pool and 139 feet of water frontage. Jill Hertzberg of Coldwell Banker has the listing.
