Lockout for Boynton Beach condo residents

After a dispute with their condominium association, 90 residents at Quail Run in Boynton Beach are locked out of the pool, clubhouse and other facilities. They told the Sun Sentinel that the entire 96-unit condo community is being punished because of six owners who are in foreclosure and defaulting on their maintenance fees. “It’s unfair and I think it’s illegal,” said Haas Gallaway, who has lived in Quail Run for 21 years. The association changed the locks on amenities like the pool and tennis courts, as shown in the video above.
