Flat screens? So yesterday. To really experience the Super Bowl this year, high-end real estate owners across the country will be tackling a couch in their very own man cave, according to Zillow.com. Designed to keep pesky estrogen at a safe, manageable distance, man caves bring homeowners back to a simpler time — namely, the cro magnon stage, when men lived in caves. One manly rec room, inside a $30 million house in Mount Kisco, N.Y. (above, left), includes a pool table and over-sized flat screen, while another (above, right), owned by comedian “Larry the Cable Guy” in Sanford, Fla., includes a turf carpet and working bar. Larry’s house has an asking price of $1.55 million. [Zillow]
