The South Florida home to see the biggest price cut today is a five-bedroom, three-bathroom house at 3015 N. Bay Road in Miami Beach, according to data from Condo Vultures Realty. The $1.299 million Miami-Dade County home saw a $201,000, or 13 percent, price cut. It was originally listed for $1.5 million when it hit the market in December. The 3,373-square-foot house sits on a 7,320-square-foot lot with a pool and is a few blocks from the beach. Zena Bardawell of U.S.A. Lending & Realty has the listing.
