About 750 condo and homeowners association leaders joined at a five-hour
boot camp, the Board Member Boot Camp, this weekend. The camp features experts wearing military-style uniforms and assuming ranks to
educate condo and homeowners association leaders on how to look for
fraud, negotiate contracts and deal with difficult homeowners. The group
met for five hours at the Century Village East in Deerfield Beach, as
leaders wore fatigues and tossed fake grenades into the audience. [Palm
